Ingredients
- 1/2 cup prune juice
- 1/2 cup buttermilk or yogurt
- 1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple, in its own juice , or 1 small apple, peeled, cored and cubed , or 1 smell orange, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 5 ice cubes, crushed
Method
- In blender container, combine all ingredients except ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in chilled glasses.
- Per serving: About 155 cal, 7 g pro, 35 g car, 1 g fat, 6% cal from fat, 2 mg chol, 68 mg sod, 1 g fiber.
