Ingredients
- 3/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper, (about 1 medium)
- 3/4 cup finely chopped yellow bell
- pepper (about 1 medium)
- 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 4 drops red pepper sauce
- 1/2 package Neufchatel (8-ounce size)
- cheese
Method
- Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
- Serve with Spicy Tortilla Chips or cracker if desired.
