Low Fat Bell Pepper Spread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper, (about 1 medium)
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped yellow bell
  • pepper (about 1 medium)
  • 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 4 drops red pepper sauce
  • 1/2 package Neufchatel (8-ounce size)
  • cheese

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Serve with Spicy Tortilla Chips or cracker if desired.
  3. ABOUT 2 CUPS SPREAD.
