Leftover Pasta Frittata Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 1
  • 3 eggs whites
  • 1 leftover pasta
  • 1 seasonings to taste

Method

  1. Mix up 3 or so eggs whites, beat lightly pour over pasta , dump in a hot frying pan (oiled lightly) and fry up like an omelet.
  2. Flip each side when nicely brown.
  3. You can season the eggs beforehand with various spices.
