Ingredients
Servings : 2-4 dishes.
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup cream of coconut
- 2 tablespoons edible lavender
- 2/3 cup sugar
Method
- Pour the coconut milk into a small saucepan and bring to a boil
- Remove from heat and stir in the lavender
- Let it infuse for 30 minutes then strain and discard the lavender
- Stir in the coconut cream and sugar then pour this mixture into your ice cream maker
- Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions then transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer for as long as it takes
