Keto Waffles Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup (120 g) Keto Pancake and Waffle Mix
- 1 teaspoon Splenda
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) half-and-half
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) oil
Method
- Preheat a waffle iron
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the mix and Splenda
- In a separate bowl, stir together the half-and-half, egg, and oil and pour the mixture into the dry ingredients
- Stir only until everything is wet, and there are no big lumps of dry mix
- Bake in the waffle iron according to the machines directions
- Serve with butter and sugar-free syrup, cinnamon and Splenda, sugar-free jam or jelly, or another low-carb topping of your choice
