Keto Tuna Tartare Recipe

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 lb fresh tuna steak
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 stalks scallion
  • 1 tsp jalapeno
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method

  1. Dice the tuna steak and avocado into small 1/4 inch cubes and place in a bowl
  2. Dice the scallion and jalapeno finely and add to bowl
  3. Pour the olive oil, sesame oil, sriracha, soy sauce, mayonnaise and juice of half a lime
  4. Gently combine all the ingredients and shape by hand or pack a cookie cutter
  5. Slice a cucumber to serve and sprinkle with some sesame seeds
