Ingredients
- 2 pounds (910 g) peach slices
- 35 g paper-thin ginger slices
- 1 1/2 cups (37 g) Splenda
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) cider vinegar guar or xanthan
Method
- Put everything in a large, saucepan and stir to combine
- Bring to a boil, turn the heat to low, and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours
- Thicken a bit with guar or xanthan if you like and store in an airtight container in the fridge
Makes 1 quart (960 ml), or 32 servings of 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
