Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) canola oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) spicy brown or Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon plus
- 2 teaspoons (2.5 g) Splenda
- -to taste- pepper
- -to taste- salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients and store in a container with a tight-fitting lid
Makes 6 servings or a little over 1/2 cup (120 ml), enough for one big salad
- Each with 1 gram of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and a trace of protein
