Keto Tangy Beans Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (600 g) frozen green beans, unthawed
  • 1/4 cup (40 g) chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons (3 g) Splenda
  • -to taste- black pepper

Method

  1. Combine everything in your slow cooker
  2. Stir to distribute evenly
  3. Cover the slow cooker, set it to low, and let it cook for 5 hours
  4. Serve with a pat of butter and a little salt

Makes 4 servings

  1. Each with 12 carbohydrate, 4 g dietary fiber, 8 g usable carbs
