Ingredients
Serves: 12.
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 ounces heavy cream
- 3 regular sized strawberries, diced
- 2 teaspoons Truvia
Method
- Wash and dice the strawberries.
- Place in an blender or food processor, followed by the heavy cream and sweetener.
- Process for 15-20 seconds.
- Melt the butter in the microwave and add to the blender along with the coconut oil.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Using a piping bag, drop fat bombs into a heart mold and place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- When the fat bombs are set, remove from the mold.
- Keep stored in the freezer.
