Keto Strawberry Crunch Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon plus
  • 1/4 teaspoon (0.1 g) Splenda, divided
  • 3/4 cup (170 g) plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons (15 g) Cinnamon Splenda Nuts

Method

  1. Cut the green hulls off the strawberries and slice them thinly into a dish
  2. Sprinkle them with 1/4 teaspoon of the Splenda and stir
  3. Combine the yogurt with the vanilla extract and the remaining tablespoon 1 g of Splenda, stirring well
  4. Spoon over the strawberries
  5. Top with the nuts or granola and devour!

Makes 1 serving
