  • 1 tablespoon butter, room temperature
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 10 ounces spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup double cream

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan that is preheated over medium heat.
  2. Once hot.
  3. Cook garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Now, add the spinach; cover the pan for 2 minutes to let the spinach wilt. Season with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper
  5. Stir in cheese and cream; stir until the cheese melts.
  6. Serve immediately.
