Keto Spicy Pumpkin Fat Bombs Recipe
Ingredients
Serves: 10.
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- ½ cup pumpkin
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon clove
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- liquid Stevia to taste.
Method
- Melt the coconut oil in the microwave and add to the butter.
- Mix well until light and creamy.
- Add the pumpkin and mix well until smooth.
- Whisk in the stevia and spices.
- Using a spoon, drop the mixture on the wax paper and chill for 15 minutes.
- Then remove from the fridge, form the chilled pieces into balls and place back in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
