Keto Southwestern Steak Recipe

Ingredients

Method

  1. Rub a couple of teaspoons of olive oil on either side of the steak
  2. Arrange your broiler so you can get the steak so close that its almost but not quite touching the broiling element
  3. Turn the broiler to high and get that steak in there

  6. When the timer beeps, quickly flip the steak, and set the timer again

  9. Spread each serving of steak with a heaping tablespoon of guacamole and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
