Keto Simple Spicy Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds (680 g) pork chops, about 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon (7.8 g) chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

Method

  1. Start a charcoal fire or preheat a gas grill
  2. Measure out the olive oil; crush the garlic and stir it into the oil
  3. Rub the chops thoroughly with the garlicky olive oil
  4. Stir the chili powder and coriander together and sprinkle over both sides of the chops
  5. Grill over well-ashed coals or on a gas grill set to medium-low for about 10 minutes per side or until an instant-read thermometer registers 170°F (80°C)

Makes 3 to 4 servings
