Keto Sesame Seed Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) warm water
  • 1/4 cup (25 g) oat bran
  • 1/4 cup (25 g) wheat bran
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup (32 g) vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup (100 g) vital wheat gluten
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) blackstrap molasses
  • 2 teaspoons yeast

Method

  1. Put the ingredients in your bread machine in the order given and run the machine
  2. When finished, promptly remove the loaf from the machine and bread case to cool

Makes 12 slices

  1. Each with 6 grams of carbohydrates and 1 grams of fiber, for a total of 4 grams of usable carbs and 18 grams of protein
