Ingredients
Serves: 15.
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ½ cup grass fed butter
- 3.5 ounces smoked salmon
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dill, divided
- a pinch of salt (optional).
Method
- Place the cream cheese, butter, salmon, lemon, 1 tablespoon dill and salt (if using) in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
- Form into balls and chill in the fridge.
- Serve garnished with the remaining dill.
