Keto Rise And Shine Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

Yield: one 16-ounce (475-ml) serving

  • 1 cup (240 ml) water or nondairy milk of choice
  • 2 lightly packed cups (60g) fresh spinach
  • ¼ cup (40g) hulled hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons (14g) ground flax seeds
  • 1 packed tablespoon fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ice (optional)
  • fresh mint sprig, for garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth, 2 to 3 minutes
  2. Pour into a pint glass or jar (475 ml) to serve
  3. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig, if desired
