Ingredients
Yield: one 16-ounce (475-ml) serving
- 1 cup (240 ml) water or nondairy milk of choice
- 2 lightly packed cups (60g) fresh spinach
- ¼ cup (40g) hulled hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons (14g) ground flax seeds
- 1 packed tablespoon fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ice (optional)
- fresh mint sprig, for garnish (optional)
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth, 2 to 3 minutes
- Pour into a pint glass or jar (475 ml) to serve
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig, if desired
