Ingredients
- 1/3 pound (150 g) hamburger patty
- 1 tablespoon (6.3 g) coarse cracked pepper
- 1 tablespoon (14 g) butter
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) dry white wine, dry sherry, or dry vermouth
Method
- Roll the raw hamburger patty in the pepper until its coated all over
- Fry the burger in the butter over medium heat until its done to your liking
