Keto Peppermint Fat Bombs Recipe

Ingredients

Serves: 6.

  • 4.5 ounces coconut oil melted
  • 1 tablespoons granulated stevia, or sweetener of choice, to taste
  • ¼ teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Method

  1. In a small saucepan melt the coconut oil.
  2. Mix in the peppermint extract and stevia.
  3. Spoon half of the coconut oil into silicone molds and chill in the refrigerator.
  4. This will be the white layer of the fat bombs.
  5. Once they have hardened, remove from the fridge.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the remaining half of mixture and mix until smooth.
  7. Pour over the hardened white parts of candies.
  8. Return back to the refrigerator and chill for at least an hour.
