Ingredients
Serves: 6.
- 9 ounces of butter
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- ¼ cup sugar-free sweetener to taste
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 ounce of heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter.
- Add the peanut butter and mix well.
- Mix in the cocoa, sweetener, vanilla extract, and heavy cream.
- Pour the mixture into a candy mold and allow to harden in the freezer for about an hour.
