- 1 stick butter
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 vanilla paste
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoons Monk fruit powder
- a pinch of coarse salt
- 1/2 cup peanuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
Method
- Microwave the butter, coconut oil, and vanilla until melted.
- Add cinnamon powder, Monk fruit powder, and salt.
- Put the chopped peanuts into a silicon mold or an ice cube tray.
- Pour the warm butter mixture over the peanuts.
- Place in your freezer for 40 to 50 minutes. Bon appetit!
