- Directions
- Melt the ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the whisked eggs to the pan and cover with the lid; reduce the heat to medium-low.
- Cook for 4 minutes; now, stir in the cheese and paprika; continue to cook an additional 3 minutes or until cheese has melted.
