Keto No-Sugar-Ketchup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Keto Chicken Rub
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chicken broth

Method

  1. Just combine everything and use to baste chicken during indirect cooking

Makes about 1/2 cup (120 ml)
