Ingredients
- 3 pounds (1.4 kg) country-style pork ribs
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) sugar-free pancake syrup
- 3 tablespoons (4.5 g) Splenda
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (40 g) chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- -to taste- cayenne
Method
- Put the ribs in a slow cooker
- In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients
- Pour the mixture over the ribs
- Cover the slow cooker, set it to low, and let it cook for 9 hours
