Ingredients
Serves: 12.
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 2 teaspoon unsalted almond butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 drops stevia
- 1 pinch sea salt
Cheesecake topping.:
- 1/4 cup mango puree
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon whipping cream
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the coconut oil, almond butter, cocoa powder, cinnamon, stevia and sea salt
- Mix well and spoon into the bottom of the candy molds or ice cube tray.
- Place in the freezer.
- In the meantime, place the mango puree, cream cheese, butter, vanilla and heavy cream in a mixing bowl, and whip well using a hand mixer on low, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the hardened crusts’ from the freezer and top each of them with the prepared topping and return back into the freezer for an hour.
