  • 1 tablespoon (7.8 g) chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon (6.3 g) pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves, ground
  • 1 whole bay leaf

Method

  1. Simply combine everything and stir well

Makes 18 servings of 1 tablespoon each grams of carbohydrate, with a trace of fiber, and a trace of protein
