Keto Lemon Mustard Herb Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces (680 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 80 ml lemon juice
  • 80 ml spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tablespoon (4 g) rubbed sage
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 scallions

Method

  1. Mix together the lemon juice, mustard, sage, thyme, and garlic
  2. Put the chicken breasts on a plate and spread this mixture over both sides
  3. Let it sit for ten minutes, and a little more wont hurt
  4. Heat up an electric tabletop grill and throw the chicken breast in
  5. Set your oven timer for 5 minutes
  6. Slice up the scallions, including the crisp part of the green
  7. When the timer goes off, put the chicken on a serving plate, scatter the scallions over it, and serve

Makes 3-4 servings
