Ingredients

- 8 chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons ghee, melted
The Marinade:
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup leeks, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Method
- Thoroughly combine all ingredients for the marinade in a ceramic bowl.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl.
- Cover and allow it to marinate for 1 hour.
- Then, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Drizzle melted ghee over the chicken wings.
- Grill the chicken wings for 20 minutes, turning them periodically.
- Taste, adjust the seasonings, and serve warm. Enjoy!
