Keto Lemon Garlic Grilled Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients

Servings 4

  • 8 chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons ghee, melted

The Marinade:

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup leeks, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Method

  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients for the marinade in a ceramic bowl.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the bowl.
  3. Cover and allow it to marinate for 1 hour.
  4. Then, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Drizzle melted ghee over the chicken wings.
  6. Grill the chicken wings for 20 minutes, turning them periodically.
  7. Taste, adjust the seasonings, and serve warm. Enjoy!
