Keto Lemon Coconut Fat Bombs Recipe

Ingredients

Serves: 16.

  • 7 ounces coconut butter, softened
  • ¼ cup extra virgin coconut oil, softened
  • fresh lemon zest from 1-2 lemons.
  • 15-20 drops Stevia extract or other sweetener to taste
  • a pinch of salt.

Method

  1. Thoroughly wash the lemons and zest them using a fine grater.
  2. In a small bowl, soften the coconut oil and coconut butter.
  3. Add the sweetener, pinch of salt and lemon zest.
  4. Mix well to combine.
  5. Drop about 1 tablespoon of coconut mixture into a silicone candy mold or candy paper liners and freeze for an hour until they hardened.
  6. Store the done candies in the fridge.
