Ingredients
- 1 pound (455 g) large shrimp, shelled
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) oil
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 4 teaspoons chili garlic paste
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
Method
- Just saute the shrimp in the oil for about 5 minutes until its pink
- Sprinkle the paprika over it and stir in the chili garlic paste and garlic
- Cook for another minute or so and serve
Makes 2 to 3 servings
- Assuming 3, each will have 26 g protein; 4 g carbohydrate; 1 g dietary fiber; 3 g usable carbs
