Keto Hemp And Peppermint Fat Bombs Recipe

Ingredients

Serves: 16.

  • ¾ cup coconut butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 tablespoons organic cocoa powder
  • 5-8 drops of liquid stevia

Method

  1. Melt the coconut butter and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in the microwave.
  2. Mix in the peppermint extract and hemp seeds.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the molds, filling about 3/4 full.
  4. Freeze for about 30 minutes until set.
  5. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoon of melted coconut oil, liquid stevia and cocoa powder.
  6. Remove the candies from the freezer and drizzle with the prepared cocoa mixture.
  7. Return back to the freezer and allow to harden for about an hour.
  8. Pop out of the molds.
  9. Keep stored in a resalable plastic bag in the fridge.
