Hamburger Noodle Casserole Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 1½ pounds (680 g) extra-lean ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 cup (150 g) diced green bell pepper
- 720 g no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- 1 can (280 g) low-salt cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup (160 g) diced onion
- 225g uncooked egg noodles
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup (110 g) shredded Swiss cheese
Method
- Combine all ingredients except cheese in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on high 3 to 4 hours
- Sprinkle with cheese before serving
- Yield: 8 servings
