Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons (10.8 g) dried oregano, crushed
- 1 clove garlic, crushed salt and pepper
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid and shake well
Makes 12 servings
