Ingredients
Yield: ¾ cup (180 ml) (2 tablespoons/30 ml per serving)
- ½ cup (120 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup (60 ml) red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon dehydrated onion flakes
- ¼ tablespoon ground black pepper
Method
- In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together
- Transfer the dressing to a tightly sealed jar or bottle and refrigerate for an hour before serving so the flavors have time to combine and the dehydrated onions to rehydrate
- Refrigerate for up to 5 days
