Ingredients

- ¾ cup (180 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 packed cups (60g) fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup (20g) nutritional yeast
- ¼ cup (40g) hulled hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until mostly smooth but not completely blended, about 90 seconds
- Refrigerate in a tightly sealed container for up to 10 days
