Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) Keto No-Sugar-Ketchup
- 3 tablespoons (4.5 g) Splenda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- to taste, cayenne
Method
- Combine everything in a saucepan over low heat and stir together well
- Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 15 minutes or so
- That’s it!
Makes roughly 1 3/4 cups (420 ml), or 14 servings of 2 tablespoons (30 ml) each grams of carbohydrate with 1 gram of fiber, for a usable carb count of 5 grams; 1 gram protein
