Keto Dill Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • broccoli
  • 1 pint (460 g) sour cream
  • 1/4 small onion
  • 1 heaping tablespoon (3 g) dry dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Put the sour cream, onion, dill weed, and salt in a food processor and process until the onion disappears
  2. If you don’t have a food processor, mince the onion very fine and just stir everything together
  3. You can serve this right away, but it tastes even better if you let it chill for a few hours

Makes 1 pint
