Keto Deviled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cut-up broiler-fryer
  • 4 tablespoons (56 g) butter
  • 1/2 cup (12 g) Splenda
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) spicy brown mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon curry powder

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C, or gas mark 5)
  2. Melt the butter in a shallow roasting pan
  3. Add the Splenda, mustard, salt, and curry powder and stir until well combined
  4. Roll the chicken pieces in the butter mixture until coated and then arrange them skin side up in the pan
  5. Bake for 1 hour

Makes 4 servings
