Ingredients
- 1 pound (455 g) lean lamb, cut in
- 1/2-inch (1.3-cm) cubes
- 3 tablespoons (42 g) butter
- 1 tablespoon (6 g) curry powder
- 1 clove garlic 1 large onion salt and pepper
Method
- Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat
- Add the curry powder and stir for a minute or so
- Add the garlic, onion, and lamb
- Saute, stirring frequently, for 7 minutes or until the lamb is cooked through
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and serve
Makes 3 servings
- Each with 5 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of fiber, for a total of 4 grams of usable carbs and 31 grams of protein
