Ingredients

- 1 cup (160g) hulled hemp seeds
- ¾ cup (60g) nutritional yeast
- ¾ cup (180 ml) water
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- ¼ teaspoon paprika or ground nutmeg (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth, 2 to 3 minutes
- Pour into a pint glass or jar (475 ml) to serve
- Refrigerate in a tightly sealed jar for up to 5 days
