Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) heavy cream, chilled
- 1 package (8 ounces, or 225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (12 g) Splenda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- Whip the heavy cream until its stiff
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until very smooth and then beat in the Splenda and vanilla
- Turn the mixer to its lowest speed and blend in the whipped cream
- Then turn off the mixer, quick!
Makes 9 servings
