Keto Cinnamon Bun Fat Bombs Recipe

Ingredients

Serves: 10.

  • 1 cup coconut butter
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon sugar substitute

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the shredded coconut together in a double boiler or a bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water.
  2. Stir until everything is melted and combined.
  3. Remove bowl from heat and place in the fridge until the mixture has firmed up and can be rolled into balls.
  4. Form the mixture into 1′ balls.
  5. Roll each ball in the shredded coconut until well coated.
  6. Store in the fridge as they will melt at room temperature.
