- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups baby spinach
- sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon shallot powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Asiago cheese, grated
Method
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Then cook the chicken for 7 minutes, turning occasionally; reserve.
- Pour in broth; add cream cheese and spinach; cook until spinach has wilted.
- Add the chicken back to the pan.
- Add seasonings and Asiago cheese; cook until everything is thoroughly heated, an additional 4 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
