- 1/4 cup almond flour

- 2 eggs, beaten
Method
- Boil the cauliflower until tender; drain well.
- Then, mix the cauliflower with pork rinds, almond flour, Romano cheese, and eggs; shape the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Arrange the balls in a parchment-lined baking pan.
