Keto Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup (115 g) small-curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 ounces (85 g) crumbled blue cheese

Method

  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, cottage cheese,
  2. Worcestershire, garlic, and salt, mixing well
  3. Gently stir in the blue cheese to preserve some chunks
  4. Store in a container with a tight-fitting lid

Makes roughly 3 cups (720 ml)
