Ingredients
Yield: four 10-ounce (300-ml) servings
- ½ cup (70g) blackberries
- ¼ cup (60 ml) lemon juice
- 4 cups (1L) water, divided
- 4 or 5 drops liquid stevia (optional)
- ice, for serving
For Garnish (Optional).
- 8 lemon slices
- 8 blackberries
- 4 fresh mint sprigs
Method
- Put the blackberries and lemon juice in a blender with 1 cup (240 ml) of the water and blend just long enough to extract the juice from the blackberries, about 10 seconds
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher, then add the remaining 3 cups (710 ml) of water and the stevia, if using, and stir
- Fill four 10-ounce (300-ml) glasses with ice
- Divide the lemonade among the glasses
- If desired, garnish each glass with a couple of lemon slices, a couple of blackberries, and a sprig of mint
- Refrigerate in a tightly sealed container, separate from garnishes, for up to 3 days
