Keto Apple Cinnamon Fat Bombs Recipe
Ingredients
Serves: 12.
- 2 medium organic green apples, cored and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (5.4 ounce) can coconut cream
- 1/2 cup coconut butter
- 20 drops of Stevia
- pinch sea salt.
Method
- Melt the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the apples and cook until they become tender.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir well to coat.
- Add the coconut cream, coconut butter, sauteed apples, stevia, and sea salt to a blender and pulse to reach a smooth consistency.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds (any size and shape) and freeze until hardened.
- Remove from the molds.
- Store the leftovers in the refrigerator.
