Jerez Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 1
  • 3/4 pound mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sherry

Method

  1. Cut the mushrooms into thick slices.
  2. Using a non-stick skillet, stir over low heat for 5-10 minutes until they shrink slightly and the juices start coming out.
  3. Add the sherry and turn the heat up to medium-low.
  4. Add pepper to taste.
  5. Serve when the liquid is almost all evaporated.
