Jarlsberg Mozzarella Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups half-and-half cream
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 4 ounces Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
  • 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 (9 inch pie) unbaked pie shell

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
  2. Whisk eggs and half-and-half until smooth in a bowl; add salt, nutmeg, and white pepper into it
  3. Place shredded Jarlsberg and mozzarella in the bowl, and mix evenly before adding contents to your baking dish
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes and then cook for another 25 minutes at 350 degrees F or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color
